Would you like to get your T-Mobile Sidekick Slide unlocked remotely without cables or software ( or even worse having someone open it up to unlock it )?  If so this is the service for you. How it works is pretty simple. You pay for the unlocking service, and when you submit your order, you must include the IMEI number for the Slide you need to unlock in the box during the checkout process ( If you decide not to include this information it is impossible for me to process your order ). The IMEI Number can be obtained when you enter *#06# from your phones keypad, it will display a 15 digit number ( If you have trouble obtaining the IMEI this way you can also find the IMEI on the back of the phone under where the battery is ) When submitting your IMEI Number please make sure that no spaces are between the numbers.  Once your order is processed and unlock code is ready you will be emailed with an unlock code and instructions on how to enter it.  Codes are processed Monday - Friday, Turnaround time is typically 24 hours or less. 

This service only works for The T-Mobile Sidekick Slide.  Do not purchase this service for any other Sidekick models

Important information to know about unlocking your phone:

• To unlock a Slide you simply power on the phone with an incorrect sim card and enter the subsidy unlock code when prompted (This sim can be an active or inactive ) 

• This service will NOT remove any power on user codes

• There is only one type of subsidy unlock code for your phone, once entered your phone can be used with any sim card, and on any GSM network in the world.

• The unlock code I will supply you with is the only unlock code that exists for your phone.

• Once the unlock code is entered your phone will never re-lock even if you upgrade the software or hard reset your phone.

• Every phone only has a certain number of unlock attempts you can try before the phone is hard locked.  If on first attempt your unlock code does not work, do not keep attempting to unlock, contact me immediately

• When your phone asks for an unlock code it is NOT asking for your personal SIM PIN unlock code.  If you choose to enter this instead of the unlock code I supply, I will NOT refund you. 

• When you purchase an unlock code, it is a one shot deal that works for the IMEI I process.  If you need a replacement phone unlocked later you will need to purchase the service again.
